Sending emails

In UCLIQ, emails are typically sent based on the following scenarios:

1. Triggered Events:

Emails are sent automatically when specific events occur, such as:

  • Registration confirmation.

  • Offer updates or activations.

  • Payment notifications.

2. Scheduled Campaigns:

If you are using the mailing system within UCLIQ, you can schedule email campaigns to be sent at a specified date and time.

3. Manual Sending:

Some emails can be manually triggered by administrators, such as custom notifications or updates.

To determine when emails will be sent:

  1. Check the event or trigger since the emails are tied to automated events and they will be sent immediately or shortly after the triggering action (e.g., registration or payment processing).

  2. Review scheduled emails because if emails are part of a scheduled campaign, they will be sent according to the defined schedule in the platform.

  3. Contact support or review settings. Confirm email configurations in Settings > Mailing to ensure timing and triggers are set correctly.
