Statistics in Ucliq

The Analytics section provides statistical data about how the platform is performing. You can access the following dashboards: Reports Conversions Clicks Reports There are different types of reports available: - Summary – displays key performance indicators (KPIs) - Publisher – shows statistics for each publisher (as shown in the publisher panel) - Traffic – provides detailed traffic reports - KPI – offers detailed statistics on key performance indicators - Revenue and Goals – shows profit and goal-related statistics - Performance – alternative performance indicator calculations - Consolidated – compares conversions from advertisers with payments to publishers - Geo Coverage – shows traffic statistics by geography - Publisher Trends – compares publisher statistics over time - Budget – shows publisher balances by budget To view statistics on key indicators, go to Analytics > Reports. This report aggregates the data over the selected time period. Calendar and date selection You can choose a preset date range or set a custom date period for your report. Keep in mind that only the first 1000 entries will be shown. Narrowing the date range or applying filters can help get complete data. After selecting the desired date range, click the “Update” button to apply the changes. Applying filters Filters help you narrow down the data in the report. All selected parameters must match the data, meaning that the data will be filtered using an “AND” approach. After selecting the filters, click the “Apply” button to update the report. Using aggregation (grouping) By default, the data is grouped by days (if you select a range of several days) or by hours (if you select one day). You can change the grouping by clicking the arrow next to the aggregation parameter name. Additionally, you can add two more aggregation parameters. Aggregation options include: - Advertiser - Advertiser account - Bots - Browser - Country - Date/Hour - Device - Domain - HTTP referrer - Offer - Offer category - OS - Preland - Publisher - Smartlink - Smartlink campaign - Track - Traffic type - Subsource - Sub(1,2..6) Export The Export feature allows you to download your statistics in CSV format. You can choose from two export options: - General report - UTM traffic sources (for analyzing advertising campaigns)

Summary report

The summary report gives you an overview of your company’s key performance indicators. Here’s what you’ll find in it: Data fields: - Events Date: the date or time when the event took place Hits: the number of impressions (clicks on publishers' tracking links) Clicks: the total number of clicks on the link that led to a visit to the offer page Conv.: the number of sales events that happened, such as CPS, CPC, etc. by conversion date Leads: the number of leads received (CPL conversions, including all conversions with a $0.00 amount) - KPI indicators CR (Click Rate): the average number of clicks per conversion pEPC: the average income for unique clicks paid to publishers EPC2: the average income for each click EPM2: the average earnings per 1000 impressions Reports also support multi-aggregation, so you can group data by different parameters. You can aggregate by: - Summary - Publisher - Traffic - KPI - Revenue & Goals Financial indicators: Sales: the total amount of sales received from the postback (only conversions, excluding declines and adjustments) Net: publisher’s income, calculated as all conversions minus declines and adjustments Fees: the commissions the company earns from conversions, including referrals, minus the total payouts to publishers Notes: - Hits and Clicks are counted based on when the event occurred. - Conversions, EPC2, and EPM2 are calculated based on completed conversions (meaning the number of conversions will be added to the total on the day or hour they occurred).

Revenue & goals report

The revenue & goals report provides financial data on the main performance indicators of your company, along with the goals used in postbacks. Data fields: - Events Date: the date or time when the event occurred Conv.: the number of sales events that happened, such as CPS, CPC, etc., by conversion date - Financial indicators Sales: the total amount of sales received from postbacks (only conversions, excluding declines and adjustments) Decl.: the amount of declined conversions, depending on their origin Adj.: the amount of adjustments, such as cancellation of declines or arbitrary conversions, which can be either positive or negative Net: publisher’s income, calculated as: all conversions minus rejected conversions and adjustments Fees: the commission received by the company from conversions (all conversions, including referral commissions, minus total payouts to publishers) Refer.: the total amount of referral commissions generated for payment Net fees: the net amount of commissions, minus the referral commissions - KPI indicators ROI%: the profit from the cost of investment This report also shows how goals perform in postbacks, and you can group data by goals to analyze their effectiveness. You can use up to three levels of aggregation in any order to analyze the data in more detail. Goals can also be used in filters to narrow down the data selection. Notes: Conversions are counted as completed conversions (the number of conversions will be added to the total on the date or hour they occurred).
